Low-code for marketer: Building your own workflows

As a creator of IT systems, I've always strived to make technology "transparent" – it should work, not resist. When building the Automation Panel in CreativAI, I was guided by one idea: marketers shouldn't waste time learning programming to create advanced sales processes.

In this part of the Academy, I'll show you how to use the Low-code approach, i.e. building intelligent workflows by connecting ready-made logical steps into one effective whole.

Workflow Anatomy: From Trigger to Action

When designing the CreativAI interface, I divided the process into three simple stages that you see in the "Quick Start" section:

1. Choose Trigger

This is the moment when the machine comes to life. It can be a schedule (e.g. every Monday at 8:00), a system event, or a signal from outside via Webhook.

2. Define Actions

This is where the magic happens. You add subsequent steps, such as generating content through AI, updating a contact, or sending an email.

3. Activate and Monitor

After launch, in the Automation Analytics section, you observe the success rate and number of executions in real-time.

In the configuration panel, I've prepared a set of tools for you that allow you to build scenarios of any complexity. I test these dependencies myself to make sure that each "step" executes with surgical precision.

Step: Send Email (AI Templates vs Manual)

You can choose a classic template or let our 🤖 AI Template generate unique content based on data from the trigger.

Step: Wait (Waiting Time)

A key element of the "don't-be-pushy" strategy. You can pause the workflow for hours or days, giving the customer time to breathe before the next hit.

Step: Condition

This is where your marketing gains "intelligence". The system checks an operator (e.g. "does the 'tags' field contain 'interested'") and based on this directs the customer down the TRUE or FALSE path.
