You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

CreativAI provides artificial intelligence-powered marketing automation tools and services. Our platform includes content generation, campaign management, analytics, and various marketing optimization features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with appropriate notice to users.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited activities. This includes but is not limited to: distributing malware, engaging in fraudulent activities, violating intellectual property rights, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Users retain ownership of content they create or upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreativAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
